The mailkube binary sends over the REST API or over SMTP submission, manages scheduled sends, and runs a verified webhook receiver on your machine. It suits a terminal, a deploy script, and a CI job.

Send a message

Store a key once, rehearse, then send:
--dry-run prints the exact request and transmits nothing. Drop the flag to deliver:
Every send without --dry-run is real. It is charged against your quota and attaches to your sending domain’s reputation, so rehearse first and send to an address you control.

In a script

Output becomes JSON whenever stdout is not a terminal, so a pipeline needs no format flag. --jq projects a single value, and the exit code carries the failure class:
Nothing retries on its own. See Errors and exit codes for the full table.
